This is probably something that has been answered already, but I started (and finished) AMG season 1 and have started season 2. I reading up on the series, I found that there was a 5 episode OVA and a movie released under the name Oh! My Goddess. I have found that these are no longer in production, but available on Ebay. Are these worth searching out or should I be happy with the seasons I have? Thanks for the help

27 mrt 2024 · The chronological order for Ah! My Goddess is the same as its release order. However, you can skip the few “extras” and only focus on TV anime and the movies.
Ideally, the best way to watch Aa! Megami-sama is to follow the release order starting with the original 1993 series followed by the reboot.

9 jan 2007 · It completely ditches the OVA, which was a fairly bad bastardization of the manga. I think the movie is in the same continuity as the OVA.

Ah! My Goddess is a comedy romance anime/manga created by Fujishima Kosuke. There's a five episode OAV, 32 episode TV series, movie, and a twelve volume manga.
In the anime the main character, Morisato Keiichi, tries to order takeout and mistakenly dials the Relief Goddess Office. Belldandy appears and grants Keiichi one wish. He thinks the entire thing is a joke by his classmates, and wishes that a beautiful girl like Belldandy will stay with him forever. His wish is granted, and Belldandy and Keiichi move into a local temple. Belldandy's sister Urd pops in the second episode to try to speed up Belldandy and Keiichi's relationship. Next comes Beldandy's sister Skuld in the third episode who misses her sister and tries to get rid of Keiichi.
